I have an intense, morbid fear of heights, but when I peered over a protective cement barrier and saw of this shot of light poles in the Embarcadero Center from above, I just had to take it, even if leaning over and down made me feel like James Stewart in ‘Vertigo.’

I like how it glows green. I don’t like high places either.
Hi! Thanks for your comment. The green made for a really eerie scene, kinda nuclear.
Wow – great colour
I call that alien green!

Great green!!!
thanks! it’s very sci-fi, huh?
Great shot. So colorful. Nice choice for this week’s challenge. 🙂
Cheers, mate. Thanks for the kind comments.
Leaning over would scare me as well. And I love the movie Vertigo, but I don’t want to feel like I’m in it 🙂
hehe … me too. Life imitating art?
Don’t know if it was the angle or that eerie green light! Very Matrix-esque!!!
thanks! I felt if I had leaned over too far and tumbled into it I would have wound up in another dimension.
A great example of pushing your boundaries for art!
hehe … right? push that boundary just a little further and down I go! Thanks for checking it out!
