Those of you who have visited my blog know that I loves me my breakfast. But this morning I may have actually outdid myself as I created this nutritional powerhouse!
Let me walk you through it:
Step 1: yogurt, in this case thick and creamy plain Greek yogurt.
Step 2: A dash of cinnamon.
Step 3: A little drizzle of locally-produced honey.
Step 4: A light dusting of flaxseed.
Step 5: Seeds or nuts of some type, like sunflower seeds.
Step 6: Fresh cherries (if available).
Step 7: Blueberries!!!
Voila! A breakfast masterpiece!!!
Hahahaha oh no! I don’t like any of those ingredients at all… which is why I have such an unhealthy diet. I do eat moderately healthy breakfast cereal though – occasionally with low-fat milk too.
hehehe … hey drew, i forgot to mention that i chase that down with a double bacon cheeseburger and a lot of onion rings!
Mmm… I went out with some friends to this place last night that serves the nicest burgers! So juicy, so yummy… 200g of mouth-watering artery-clogging burger!
And you know what else? The fries were awesome too. I think I’ll take my wifey there this weekend!
oh, oh, oh … you’re killing me, dude!!! ouch! you had me at 200g!!!
It’s really perfect. Yummy.
… and healthy!!!
