Yah, Flickr’s cool. I like the pics you have there now. It’s amazing to see how lush and green things are in a country that is so arid.
Yes, you can find these little paradise spots, but you really have to go off the beaten track to find them. Literally off the road!! That’s why I bought a 4WD when I got here. I would miss so much of Oman without it… 🙂
I really need to edit those photos and remove the ones that are basically repeats….. Too much to do and so little time… 🙂
like a blog, flickr can be a time commitment. i work in flurries with flickr … i’ll go through a spell when I’ll be uploading a lot, and then i won’t touch it for weeks, like now. got a lot of new stuff i’ve got to get on there, but as you say, not enough minutes in the day!
That is interesting! But I know dreams can be powerful. I was dreaming of my brother when the phone rang to announce his passing in an accident hundreds of miles away!!
one night last year I dreamt of earthquakes and we had one the next day.
