Whenever in Sydney, one of my first stops is always Harry’s Cafe de Wheels (a Sydney tradition since 1938) in Woolloomooloo, where I quickly wolf down one of their classic Tiger Pies — that’s an Aussie meat pie topped with mashers, topped with mushy peas, topped with thick gravy. Then I belly up to the counter for another one.
