This is an absolutely fabulous place… brings back some very nice memories!
HI there! Cool! It’s a very striking building, isn’t it?
It is! 🙂
I really like how relentlessly white it is, and how much it shines on a bright, sunshiny day. That makes for an impressive structure, especially sitting at top of a hill as it does. Very impressive!
Never seen anything like …. what a fab place !!!!!! Thanks for sharing.
Hi Viveka … you should see the inside!
I bet it was fantastic … stunning photos.
That lighting is so surreal… I’d swear it was a CG scene from a videogame! It’s the sky and those spotlights to the side. Very nice!
thanks drew … having my camera mounted on a tripod helped, and I remember it was a really clear night, unusual for SF.
I’ve only been to the Golden Gate park once, but I love it. Nice shot.
This is a very cool area of the park, too, close to the Academy of Sciences, the DeYoung Museum and the Japanese Tea Garden.
I have nominated you for the Inspiring Blog Award and the One Lovely Blog Award. You can see them here: http://wp.me/p23TG1-16M
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!

it’s a really cool piece of classic architecture too. very distinctive!
This place looks amazing…!
Hi Ioanna … yes, it’s really cool. Classic architecture. The inside exhibits are cool, too … in one room they’ve recreated a rainforest environment.
