A-Z Challenge: The Letter X: XMAS!

At this time of year, X can only stand for one thing: Xmas (or Christmas, if you’re more semantically inclined). One of my favorite Christmas spots is the lobby of the Hyatt Embarcadero in San Francisco’s Financial District. As you can see, it’s pretty magnificent!

    Financial District & Xmas = well combined.
    In Germany yesterday 250 policemen entered the Deutsche Bank center in Frankfurt and brought five top bankers to jail. The bankers are not happy with such an Xmas present …

    There is no country that can make public Christmas decorations like US can. You’re world champions … but private houses can be terrible over the top – and tacky. You have captured it gracefully.
