I really prefer the lanterns, though the street sign is nice too. I’ve seen other street scenes of Tokyo before, but the lanterns are very original-looking.
Hi Victoria! Agreed. There’s something about that lantern shot that defines Japan and especially Tokyo. Can’t express exactly why that is. Tokyo at night is an intensely vibrant, colorful place. This pic always takes me back there. I’m glad you like it.

Thanks, but I’m way ahead of ya on that! I really, really love this one and I had it blown up to 16 x 20. I then framed and matted it with colors that really work with the pic! Glad you liked this one!
