G’day, everybody. Welp, it took a while, but I finally sifted through the thousands of pics I took in Sydney, and here’s what I think are the best. Like every big city, Sydney has many layers, and it isn’t all isn’t all just the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Sydney is also about the people, the history, the architecture, the food, the summer in February! I hope I presented many of those aspects here. Most of all, I hope I’ve projected the sense of fun I had, and the deep love I have for this amazing city! Cheers, mates!

Hi, I'm Stephen Kelly, a writer, editor, photographer and graphic designer living in beautiful San Francisco, CA, USA. Amongst the things I love are writing, photography, movies, music, fitness, travel, Batman, all things Australian, food and fun, all of which I hope to reflect in this here blog. Welcome aboard ... now let's get busy!
Wow, wow, wow!!! Stephen, this is brilliant and magnificent. Your photography is amazing!! It looks like you were able to do a lot while in Sydney. Thank you for taking the time to show us all of these beautiful pictures.
I hope you don’t mind if I reblog your link on my reblog page?
Hi Judy! Wow, thanks for the kind words! Funny, I feel like I didn’t do enough, when in reality I did a lot!!! Glad you liked this gallery. I’m proud of many of the shots here.
And, yes, feel free to reblog … I’d be honored!

Thanks Pat! Yah, I think I covered it … it was a great trip. Glad you liked it!!!
And thanks for the kind words about composition. I always try to look at things a little differently.
AMAZING VIEW OF SYDNEY! You showed the city in a way that made us feel we were there with you. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful tour. I can say I have visited Sydney through your eyes.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
That is the best compliment!!! I wanted to really give folks a feel for what I see and feel when I’m in Sydney, and I’m so glad this resonated with you! Cheers!

Hi there, Impybat … good to hear from ya … and thanks for the kind words! ‘ppreciate it!
So many pictures! Thank you, Stephen, for sharing! I’ll never get to go to Sydney myself, so this is the next best thing.
Well then, Victoria, then my work is done. So glad I was able to impart the things I love about Sydney … and glad my pics could take you there. I think that is really cool!
What a great tour! Just goes to prove that no matter where you go there is a mother with her head in her hands weeping that she lost the battle with a five year old superhero… we have the brother to “the wait” downtown here, will try and find the pic for you – Super pix all!
Hey there ideflex. Glad you caught the free-wheeling spirit of my Sydney tour! luv your comment about the five year old superhero! I think she actually was weeping … the kid was hilarious!
Wow indeed! Fabulous shots every single one! And I think you just broke the record for largest number of images in a post 😀
hehe … thanks Madhu. As you can see, self-editing can be a problem with me … and I actually trimmed this gallery down! They’re like children or pets. I can’t bear to part with any of them! Glad you liked!
Wow, Stephen! Thanks for taking us on a tour of Sydney. I feel like I’ve been there. Your photos of the harbor and the Sydney Opera House are fabulous, along with your everyday street scenes. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
Cool!!! I’m so happy I could share these pics, and that I could impart the great spirit and fun and beauty of Sydney! My next goal is to be named US ambassador to Sydney!
I’ll vote for you! 🙂
